Terms of Service
What I like to do
Canines: I have the most practice with them
Skulls: Just fun to do!
Sketches and drawings: Its where I have the most practice and enjoyment right now. Especially figure drawings
What I wont do
Anything explicitly NSFW, no bits, but topless is ok. Keep it tasteful
Feral, outside of head shots and busts
Humans
Characters you do not own without permission
Landscapes
Mechs
Politically or religiously charged art, symbols and ect are alright, nothing that can be seen as contraversal.
Just ask if you are unsure
The Process
Thank you for considering commissioning me, there are a few things I will need to have after you read the terms of service to get things rolling.
One or more reference images of decent quality to work from.
The type of commission you want, headshot, colored, ect.
A short description of what you are looking for or any ideas you may want to throw at me for the piece.
Once everything is all settled and I am ready to work on it I will send out various WIP’s at set stages depending on the commission level and you will be able to make changes from there.
Sketch stage, major changes
Line art, general changes
Colored, minor changes
***With YCH and raffle pieces some stages may differ. Sketch stages may be skipped and those changes incorporated into the line art stage.
If any changes need to be addressed after the art is finished and handed off to you there will be a fee to make these changes. Major changes after the sketch phase and depending on the line art phase could result in extra fees due to the increasing amount of work required to process changes at each stage. Changes required due to a mistake on my part will not be charged.Once Completed I will send you a full resolution image of the piece.
Payments
Payments are to be made full and up front before I begin any work on the commission. The only exceptions would be for customers I have worked well with in the past.
All payments will be made over Paypal, and are expected to be paid within 48 hours of receiving confirmation from me or will be considered canceled. If you let me know ahead of time that a problem is occurring I can extend this for a time.
My prices can change at any time but will not affect already commissioned pieces
Refunds
Once I start work on the commission there will be no refunds issued. The only exception is if I am unable to complete the commission for any personal reason.
Rights
I hold full rights of any of the artwork I make. This means I can use it in my portfolio, offer prints of the piece to sell, and show it in art shows. You may not edit or modify any of my artwork even if you commissioned it, and you may not commission another artist to do so either.
The artwork you receive from me is for your own personal use only. You may post it to your personal galleries and to your friends with my signature or watermark on it. You may not use it to make a profit unless you purchase the right to do so from me prior for commercial use. However I do not own the rights to any of your characters or any characters in the work that are not of my own making. I will not be free to use these characters without your permission outside of the temporary license you grant me when working on this commission.
I hold the right to deny service to anyone at any time
Additional Fees
More complex character designs, additional objects and or props, and additional characters will add to the overall costs of the final price.
Additional edits or more extreme edits in later stages of the commission will also add to the final price. In these cases that will be up to you if you wish to pay extra for the changes, of which I will not start until you pay me first. Or if you change your mind and do not wish to pay, work will continue. Be sure to be confident on moving forward at each stage before giving me the go ahead as to avoid any later stage changes.
